What the app can see

Your products, stock levels, collections, tags, images and sales channels. This is only used to hide products that are sold out and bring them back when stock returns.

The app does not see or store your customers, their orders, or any payment details.

What we keep

• Your store address and the settings you choose in the app.
• A list of the products the app has hidden, so it only restores its own changes.
• A short activity history (the last 60 days) that powers the numbers on your dashboard.
• Your store name, contact email, plan and country, so we can send you a welcome message and help you if you contact support.
• Support messages and files you send us.

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your store data is kept while the app is installed. Support chats and files are deleted 120 days after the last message.

If you uninstall

Your settings, hidden product list and activity history are deleted right away. Your contact email may stay on our mailing list for a short time so we can ask for feedback. Ask us and we will remove it. We may keep a basic record of your plan for our own account history. If you ask us to erase your data, or Shopify asks us to, we delete your support records too.

Terms

The app is provided as is. It changes your product status between draft and active to follow your stock levels, and it only restores products it hid itself. You stay in control: you can pause the app or restore everything at any time. Paid plans are billed through Shopify, and you can cancel from the Plans page.
